We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Analyst to join our team at AJ Fox Compliance. This role is a fantastic opportunity for a driven individual with excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail to contribute to our compliance efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Customer Due Diligence (CDD) processes to identify and mitigate potential risks.
  • Analyse results and escalate issues where necessary to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement effective screening policies to identify Politically Exposed Persons (PEPs), Sanctions, and Adverse Media.
  • Collaborate with fee earners, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure a high-quality service and maintain strong relationships.
  • Identify, report, and update compliance systems to address potential instances of non-compliance.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a legal compliance environment, specifically in an AML role within a law firm.
  • Familiarity with UK Sanctions and AML, CPF Regulations, and CTF.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail.
