Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Customer Liaison Officer to join our team at L&Q. As a key member of our Customer Liaison Team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service to our residents, ensuring their needs are met and their concerns are addressed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and resolve customer complaints in a fair and timely manner, ensuring a positive outcome for our residents.
  • Conduct thorough investigations into customer complaints, gathering all relevant information and evidence to inform decision-making.
  • Work collaboratively with internal departments to resolve customer issues, ensuring effective communication and a seamless customer experience.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents, listening to their concerns and providing tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  • Stay up-to-date with company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Contribute to the development of new processes and procedures to improve customer service and resident satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents and internal stakeholders.
  • Proven experience in customer service, complaint handling, and conflict resolution.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Highly organized and able to maintain accurate records and reports.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a customer-focused approach.
