As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining and developing our company's Quality Management System (QMS) to meet operational and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Maintenance and Development of QMS: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to progress and implement new systems and processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  2. Quality Assurance Support: Assist the Quality Manager in all aspects of Quality Assurance, including policy development, standardization, and procedure implementation.
  3. Policy and Procedure Development: Create and maintain policies, standards, and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  4. Document Control: Administer electronic document control systems, ensuring accurate data handling and management.
  5. Training and Development: Provide training on company processes and procedures to all employees, ensuring a high level of understanding and compliance.

Requirements:

  1. Quality Assurance Experience: Minimum 3 years of Quality Assurance experience working in a chemical industry environment.
  2. Investigation and Analysis: Knowledge and experience of conducting investigations, root cause analysis, and report writing.
  3. Technical Skills: Proficiency in using various computerized systems, including Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and Document Management Systems.
  4. ISO 9001 Experience: Experience of implementing and maintaining ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems.
  5. Computer-Based Systems: Experience of using computer-based systems, including Document Management Systems.
