About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data & AI Operating Model Manager to join our team at Stealth iT Consulting. As a key member of our Data & AI Strategy team, you will play a leadership role in setting organizations up for the fourth industrial revolution, helping them to effectively leverage data and AI to drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the consultancy's Data & AI operating model projects, transforming data, analytics & AI capabilities for entire organizations from developing innovative designs through to tackling highly complex and challenging implementations.
  • Work with stakeholders at all levels of the organization to assess the maturity of existing data capabilities, identifying opportunities for re-use and corresponding gaps in capability.
  • Build trusted relationships with senior clients, enabling you to provide guidance and advisory services on a wide range of data & analytics capabilities at all points of the data & analytics value chain.
  • Blend op model assessment and design with business change expertise, leading not only the design of operating models for clients, but also the implementation into practice.
  • Spearhead the integration of ethical, responsible, and sustainable data practices into operating models, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and ethical standards.
  • Contribute to the development of consultancy practice by identifying new market opportunities, creating innovative offerings, and creating thought leadership content.
  • Take on a leadership role within our Data & AI Strategy team, playing a core role in developing people and leading on the development of market and capability expertise.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in data & analytics consulting, with a strong track record of delivering operating model transformations.
  • Expert knowledge of data & analytics delivery models, including agile data product development, AI/ML Ops, and Analytics Ops.
  • Understanding of business architecture and the importance of effective alignment of data & analytics teams with existing or to-be business architecture.
  • Knowledge of the data value chain, including data acquisition, creation, exploitation, consumption, deletion, and archival.
  • Deep understanding of data tooling and platforms available.
  • Ability to lead clients and colleagues to define strategic goals for data and analytical capabilities.
  • Knowledge of how to scale data capabilities both up and down, and ability to guide clients on leveraging technology to enable teams to streamline and evolve with demand from within the organization.
