About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data & AI Operating Model Expert to join our team at Stealth iT Consulting. As a Senior Consultant, you will play a key role in driving business outcomes by leveraging cutting-edge technologies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design effective data, analytics & AI operating models, aligning them with strategic objectives to realize business goals.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across all levels to lead the transformation by fostering a culture of success through communication, training, and skill-building.
  • Develop and implement data & analytics delivery models, including agile data product development, AI/MLOps, and AnalyticsOps.
  • Define and adapt the end-to-end data lifecycle from data acquisition / creation to exploitation / consumption, though to deletion / archival.
  • Identify and implement processes and workflows for data ingestion, transformation, and enrichment.
Requirements
  • Organisational design experience, including knowledge of effective data teams and reporting structures.
  • Knowledge of effective data & analytics delivery models, including agile data product development, AI/MLOps, and AnalyticsOps.
  • Understanding of business architecture and the importance of effective alignment of data & analytics teams.
  • Knowledge of the data value chain and the ability to define and adapt the end-to-end data lifecycle.
  • Understanding of data tooling and platforms available.
  • Experience collaborating with clients and colleagues to define strategic goals for data and analytical capabilities.
  • Understanding of scaling data analytics and AI, including the design and build of small-scale proof of values transitioning to fully automated data analytics pipelines.
