What will your responsibilities include?

By setting a strong example, you will actively participate in kitchen operations alongside your team, offering guidance and mentorship. You will ensure that the quality and presentation of all dishes leaving the kitchen meet high standards and specifications.

Is this position a good fit for you?

Prior experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie
Experience in a hotel setting or a high-volume culinary operation
Experience in conference, banqueting, and event catering is preferred
Driven by quality and standards with a meticulous attention to detail
Experience in managing staff
Strong understanding of gross profit, inventory management, costs, and waste control
