What will your responsibilities include?
Leading by example, you will be actively involved in the kitchen, working closely with your team to provide direction and mentorship. You will ensure that the quality and presentation of food leaving the kitchen meets high standards and specifications.
Is this position a good fit for you?
Previous experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie
Experience in a hotel setting or a high-volume operation
Familiarity with conference, banqueting, and event catering is preferred
Driven by quality and standards with a strong attention to detail
Experience in managing people
Solid understanding of gross profit, stock management, costs, and waste control
