Job Opportunity for Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at a leading nursing home in the Norfolk area. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents, promoting their well-being and independence.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with daily tasks, including personal care, days out, and companionship
  • Encouraging independence and well-being, and supporting vulnerable individuals with their daily routines and activities
  • Ensuring accurate record keeping at all times

We are looking for someone with a genuine desire to care for others, a good team player, and a willingness to learn and develop their skills. A driving licence is desirable, but not essential, as transport can be provided.

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £12.00 per hour, with the annual salary being £22,464. This is a permanent full-time role, working 36 hours a week, through days. In return for your hard work and commitment, you will receive a range of benefits, including:
