Care Support Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Support Worker to join our team at High Haven, a 40-bed residential care home in Downham Market. As a Care Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our service users, promoting their independence and dignity.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with personal care and support tasks, enabling service users to make informed choices and maintain their independence.
- Build strong relationships with colleagues and service users, participating in wellbeing events and activities, and promoting a safe and engaging environment.
- Respond to call bells and emergencies in a timely manner, communicating with medical professionals and community stakeholders as required.
