Engineering Team Leader

Imperial Recruitment Group is seeking a skilled Engineering Team Leader to join a manufacturer in Middlesbrough. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising shift engineers and machine minders, ensuring daily engineering tasks are completed, and detailing work to other engineering members.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the work of shift engineers and machine minders.
- Ensure daily engineering tasks are completed, including tool kit management and spot checks.
- Detail work to other engineering members and provide guidance as needed.
- Liaise with the Engineering Supervisor and other site management teams.
- Deputise for the site engineering manager in their absence.
- Qualified multi-skilled engineer with electrical bias and strong engineering background.
- Experience of PLC/HMI controls and 17th Edition.
- Proven track record in a fast-moving engineering environment, ideally food-related.
- Good leadership skills, flexibility, and a 'can do' attitude.
