About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled 2nd Line Support Engineer to join our team at AJ Bell Management Limited. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers and resolving complex technical issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide 2nd line technical support to customers via phone, email, and remote access tools.
  • Assist in planning, executing, and delivering technology projects to meet business objectives.
  • Produce high-quality documentation, including training materials, for multiple systems.
  • Develop and implement automation solutions using PowerShell, coding, and APIs.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and best practices in IT.
  • Collaborate with the Service Desk Team to resolve customer issues and improve overall service quality.

Requirements
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong knowledge of ITIL best practices and experience in an ITIL-based environment.
  • Experience with cloud services, including cloud migration projects.
  • Proficiency in Windows Server and Windows 10/11.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple open cases and small projects simultaneously.
