About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Receptionist to join our team at Willow Practice. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be the first point of contact for patients and will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our practice.
Key Responsibilities
Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:
- Managing patient appointments and maintaining accurate records
- Responding to patient inquiries and providing excellent customer service
- Handling patient registrations and updating patient information
- Processing prescription requests and maintaining patient confidentiality
- Assisting with administrative tasks and maintaining a clean and organized workspace
Person Specification
We are looking for a candidate with excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A DBS check and GCSE level education are essential for this role. SystmOne user skills and experience working in a healthcare setting are desirable.
