Job Summary

CRA GROUP LIMITED is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Void Management Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Voids Team, you will be responsible for managing the timely provision of design, procurement, and contract management of all properties allocated to you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with Council processes and procedures, as well as full compliance with standing orders, statutory, and other regulatory requirements.
  • Provide advice and guidance on best practices in relation to all aspects of the service and implementation.
  • Liaise with colleagues and other Housing and Council departments to ensure effective procurement, design, and delivery of works.
  • Set appropriate and challenging targets and comprehensively monitor the performance of staff under your management within the Voids Team, taking corrective action as necessary.

Essential Qualifications and Experience

  • Educated to Degree level or equivalent.
  • Significant high-level project management experience in local government or the voluntary sector.
