Job Summary:

Proactive Global is seeking skilled Machine Operators/Production Operatives to join our team in a dynamic and fast-paced production environment. As a Machine Operator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production lines, working closely with our team to meet production targets and maintain high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble parts and components on a production line using a range of tools and equipment
  • Prepare materials for production, ensuring they meet quality and safety standards
  • Operate workshop machinery and equipment, following safety protocols and guidelines
  • Work efficiently within a set time frame, meeting production targets and deadlines

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working in a production or manufacturing environment
  • Methodical approach and ability to investigate problems in a logical manner
  • Production line experience, with knowledge of assembly and manufacturing processes
  • Good hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Strong work ethic, with a positive and resourceful attitude
