About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lift Repair Specialist to join our Service team at Orona UK. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for carrying out minor and major repairs to lifts, ensuring that all work is completed safely, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out routine maintenance and repairs to lifts, including troubleshooting and fault diagnosis
  • Plan and schedule jobs to ensure efficient use of time and resources
  • Supervise and develop a Repairs Mate to ensure effective team working
  • Deliver accurate and timely paperwork, managing time on site and liaising with the office-based team to ensure repair parts are available as required
  • Build and maintain excellent customer relationships, providing updates and feedback as required
Requirements
  • NVQ3 in Lift Engineering or equivalent
  • Experience of working with lifts and a comprehensive lift engineering background
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to work effectively with clients
  • A valid UK driving license
