Lift Repairs Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Lift Repairs Engineer to join our Service team in Glasgow and surrounding areas. As an experienced Lift Repair Engineer, you will be responsible for:

  • Carrying out minor and major repairs to lifts, ensuring timely and cost-effective solutions
  • Planning jobs to guarantee availability of parts and completion of repairs within budget and on schedule
  • Supervising and developing a Repairs Mate to enhance team performance
  • Delivering accurate and timely paperwork, managing time on site, and liaising with the office-based team to ensure repair parts are available as required
  • Building strong customer relationships, providing updates as needed, and offering feedback on progress

To qualify for this role, we expect you to have:

  • NVQ3 in Lift Engineering or equivalent
  • Experience working with lifts
  • Strong customer service skills
  • A valid UK Driving License
