Sharp UK is seeking a highly skilled IT Project Engineer to join our team in the Thames Valley area. As an IT Project Engineer, you will play a key role in delivering quality advice and guidance to our clients, building trusted-adviser relationships, and providing input, guidance, and steering to make informed decisions about their IT infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide IT support to a set of clients, acting as either the IT Manager or alongside their IT Manager.
- Build trusted-adviser relationships with clients and provide input, guidance, and steering to make informed decisions about their IT infrastructure.
- Deliver projects with the Microsoft 365 Platform and preferably Microsoft Azure.
- Administer and install server hardware, operating systems, and hypervisors.
- Have knowledge of Firewalls, Anti-Virus, and desirable knowledge of networking and Disaster Recovery solutions.
Requirements
- At least three years' experience of providing IT support.
- Desirable experience in delivering projects with the Microsoft 365 Platform and preferably Microsoft Azure.
- Experience with the administration and installation of server hardware, operating systems, and hypervisors.
- Knowledge of Firewalls, Anti-Virus, and desirable knowledge of networking and Disaster Recovery solutions.
