Position Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual with experience in the hospitality sector to take on the role of Event Service Attendant. This position is essential in providing outstanding service to our guests during various events.

COMPENSATION AND WORKING HOURS

The pay structure is based on minimum wage, with an expected additional tronc amount of £1.50 per hour, disbursed weekly. The role offers a permanent contract with a minimum commitment of 18 hours per week, with shifts scheduled across any three days of the week.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Welcome guests upon their arrival at event venues.
  • Ensure all event spaces are meticulously prepared and organized.
  • Deliver table service, take guest orders, and efficiently manage food delivery to tables.
  • Provide exceptional guest service, including personalized recommendations for food and beverages to enhance the dining experience.
  • Collaborate closely with the Restaurant, Bar, and Kitchen teams to maintain effective communication.
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of menu items to elevate the guest experience.
