The Lead Nurse for the Acute Medical Unit is responsible for ensuring exemplary nursing care through effective management of personnel and resources within the acute medical sector. Key Responsibilities
1. Clinical Leadership
- Assume personal accountability for infection prevention and control practices, ensuring compliance with all relevant policies and receiving mandatory updates.
