About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic IT solutions specialist who is experiencing growth due to winning new contracts. As a key member of their Infrastructure and Networking team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional IT services to a diverse range of clients.

As a Senior Field Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing 1st and 2nd line support on software, network, and IT hardware troubleshooting. You will work closely with clients to resolve issues, monitor and maintain their networks and infrastructure, and provide ongoing support to ensure their IT systems run smoothly.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of networking, including LAN, WAN, DNS, TCP/IP, and DHCP. Experience with Microsoft 365 and virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V is highly desirable. A background in MSP is also a plus.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Troubleshoot and resolve client issues in a timely and efficient manner
  2. Provide 1st and 2nd line support on software, network, and IT hardware troubleshooting
  3. Monitor and maintain client networks and infrastructure
  4. Work closely with clients to understand their IT needs and provide tailored support
  5. Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless delivery of IT services
