About the Role:
As a prominent provider of aviation training in Europe, we are looking for individuals who aspire to educate the engineers of leading maintenance organizations and the technical workforce of the future.


Key Responsibilities:
The position encompasses a wide range of activities within an aviation maintenance training setting, ensuring a dynamic and engaging environment focused on learner success.


This role may focus on various specialties including mechanical, avionic, and composite areas, with opportunities to instruct in diverse settings such as workshops, classrooms, and hangars.


Training will be delivered to both Apprentices undergoing foundational training and seasoned industry professionals aiming to enhance their expertise.


Training Delivery:
Theoretical and practical instruction of training products will be provided, with a commitment to achieving customer satisfaction key performance indicators (KPIs) and targets.


Material Development:
Ongoing updates, maintenance, and revisions of training materials will be required, including approved course notes, presentations, and other documentation to ensure compliance with internal processes.


Innovation:
Contribute to the development and enhancement of training products and materials, ensuring the organization remains a leader in industry training.


Examination Duties:
Perform EASA Approved Examiner and Invigilator responsibilities as directed by the Training Manager, contingent upon successful qualification.


Qualifications:
A recognized apprenticeship in avionic maintenance or an appropriate academic teaching qualification relevant to the subject area is essential.


A solid understanding of MS Office is required.
Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent
Salary: £46K - £54K, commensurate with qualifications and experience.


The upper range of the salary scale is applicable to those possessing all EASA or UKCAA, Cat B Part 66 modules or a relevant technical/academic degree. Additional salary increases are available for field-based roles and dual qualifications as a Technical Instructor and Apprenticeship Assessor.

Individuals without a technical instructing or teaching qualification are encouraged to apply and will be evaluated for potential, with technical instruction training provided for successful candidates.
