About the Role

We are seeking an experienced senior leader to drive our IT shared services strategy and roadmap across all NFU Mutual Divisions and the NFU Mutual Agency Network. As Head of ICT Services, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality IT services that support our business operations and meet the needs of our customers.

You will lead the delivery of our IT shared services strategy, monitor daily IT issues and performance, drive excellent service provision from third-party suppliers, and make improvements based on customer feedback. You will also build and maintain effective relationships with programme and project boards, NFU Mutual functions, and strategic partners across the business.

This role requires a strong customer focus, exceptional leadership and coaching abilities, and significant prior experience in a highly visible, customer-focused, strategic partnering role. You will be responsible for driving change and influencing direction within a senior leadership role, managing boards and committees at an executive level, and developing and implementing strategies to improve service delivery.

We offer a competitive salary of up to £150,000 basic, annual bonus (up to 40% of salary), car allowance of £9,500, contributory pension scheme, life assurance cover, and a range of other benefits.
