Job Summary:

Essential Employment is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil Enforcement Officer to join our team. As a key member of our parking and traffic management team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with traffic regulation orders and providing excellent customer service to the public.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deploy static or mobile CCTV to enforce traffic regulations and ensure compliance with traffic regulation orders.
  • Support the Transport/Parking Strategy by monitoring and enforcing parking regulations in public highways and authority-owned car parks.
  • Provide customer service to members of the public and ensure that Pay & Display/Pay on Foot machines are functioning correctly.
  • Work standard office hours when undertaking static CCTV work, and early and late shifts on a 7-day roster basis when working in mobile or 'on street'/car park roles.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in civil enforcement or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including early and late shifts.
