We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Property Coordinator to join our team at Centrick. As a Property Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth delivery of major works projects across our portfolio.
Key Responsibilities- Attend project team meetings and contribute to the development of project plans and timelines.
- Utilize our in-house project management systems to track and monitor project progress, setting tasks for colleagues and suppliers as needed.
- Work closely with the Resident Engagement Team to ensure residents are informed and up-to-date on project delivery.
- Oversee and monitor Section 20 major works projects, liaising with regional managers to ensure projects remain on schedule and adhere to process.
- Support with client reporting on projects and help progress dispensation applications to the First Tier Tribunal.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with compliance and asset management, with a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of health and safety protocols.
- Proficiency in Excel and other project management tools.
