Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Trainee Mortgage Adviser to join our successful team. As a Trainee Mortgage Adviser, you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional customer service and delivering top-notch financial solutions to our valued clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with the New Business team to take qualified leads and work collaboratively to achieve sales targets.
  • Navigate the financial landscape of customers to source suitable products tailored to their requirements.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge and understanding of lender criteria to ensure precise suitability.
  • Deliver impactful sales calls, providing well-researched recommendations rooted in comprehensive product knowledge.
  • Collaborate closely with lenders to facilitate smooth case processing.
  • Work in tandem with Fluent's Case Management team to work cases towards successful completion.
  • Proactively follow up on leads and diligently chase cases for updates.
  • Achieve minimum targets with meticulous care and attention.
  • Uphold personal performance standards of excellence.
  • Stay abreast of evolving FCA requirements and industry changes.
  • Fulfill CPD requirements to maintain professional competence.
  • Adhere to company compliance protocols, promptly addressing feedback and implementing necessary actions.
  • Promote best advice and set a stellar example in customer care.
  • Champion the Fluent brand and uphold best practices consistently.
Requirements
  • Proven experience of working successfully to sales targets.
  • Current or recent experience of an outbound call environment.
  • Ability to respond quickly to training and adapt to changes within the industry.
  • Proven experience in outbound sales, objection handling.
  • Able to carry out processes in a compliant manner.
  • Able to demonstrate achievements against a wide range of competencies.
  • Experience in a busy sales environment.
