We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Trainee Mortgage Advisor to join our team at Axon Moore Group Ltd. As a Trainee Mortgage Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional customer service and delivering top-notch financial solutions to our valued clients.
Key Responsibilities- Engage with our New Business team to take qualified leads and work closely with industry experts to build meaningful relationships with clients.
- Skilfully navigate the financial landscape of clients to source the most suitable products tailored to their requirements.
- Maintain thorough knowledge and understanding of lender criteria to ensure precise suitability.
- Deliver impactful sales calls, providing well-researched recommendations rooted in comprehensive product knowledge.
- Collaborate closely with lenders to facilitate smooth case processing and work in tandem with our Case Management team to work cases towards successful completion.
- Proactively follow up on leads and diligently chase cases for updates.
- Achieve minimum targets with meticulous care and attention.
- Stay abreast of evolving FCA requirements and industry changes.
