Role Responsibilities

As our new Project Implementation Leader, you will guide a dedicated team in the execution of innovative solutions, ensuring that various initiatives are delivered punctually, adhering to quality, environmental, and safety regulations while complying with relevant legislation and organizational protocols. You will oversee projects from inception to completion, ensuring that the team effectively addresses operational challenges and navigates conflicts to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.

Key Duties Include:

  • Ensure compliance with CDM regulations for each project through the TOTEX Delivery Process, conducting audits, assessments, and peer reviews to promote a culture of 'Zero Harm'.
  • Foster a high-performance team environment, empowering team members ranging from Engineers to Commercial personnel to think innovatively and resolve challenges effectively.
  • Translate strategic objectives into tangible results, ensuring team members are fully engaged and understand their contributions to overall success.
  • Oversee the complete project lifecycle, from identifying needs through scoping, construction, project handover, and managing any post-handover warranty issues.
  • Collaborate closely with Commercial and Planning teams to maintain accurate cost and resource forecasts, addressing issues proactively and escalating them to the Integrated Projects Leader when necessary.
  • Supervise the proposed solutions from the team, ensuring they are safe, economically viable, and meet project specifications while being fit for purpose.
  • Ensure that each project achieves its required deliverables and key milestones, such as Project Rehearsal and Fit for Assembly.
  • Cultivate an open, approachable, and visible team atmosphere that encourages collaboration and knowledge sharing across the @one alliance and beyond.
