About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Care Assistant to join our team at Discovery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support individuals with daily living tasks and activities
  • Encourage and enable people to participate in leisure activities, such as visiting Longleat, gardening club, exercise club, swimming, and theatre
  • Assist with hydrotherapy sessions and other prescribed movements
  • Support individuals with reading and other educational activities
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of care plans
