We are seeking a committed Shift Supervisor who can lead, motivate, and inspire a team within our friendly Starbucks location. As a Shift Supervisor, you will oversee store operations in the absence of the Manager, acting as a vital support to the Store Manager.

In this role, you will be second in command, playing a crucial part in ensuring the team operates efficiently. Your focus will be on driving sales and enhancing profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Engaging and leading the team will be your primary responsibility, along with participating in beverage preparation, maintaining store cleanliness, and serving our valued customers.

This position may require late-night shifts and closing duties, so candidates must be at least 18 years old.
