As a key representative of the organization, you will be instrumental in steering projects, engaging with commercial clients, supervising supply chains, managing a dedicated property team, and reporting to senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management:
Oversee and coordinate daily site activities, ensuring projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and adhering to the highest quality standards.
Team Management:
Direct and support the construction team, including tradespeople and subcontractors, promoting a collaborative and efficient work atmosphere.
