We are seeking a skilled Electrician to join our team on a permanent night shift basis. As an Electrician with Project Start Recruitment Solutions, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems in both domestic and commercial environments.
Key Responsibilities- Install, program, maintain, service, and repair various fire detection and alarm systems, as well as other associated systems.
- Conduct routine maintenance and testing on commercial and domestic electrical systems, ensuring installations meet manufacturer standards.
- Diagnose and repair electrical problems in commercial and domestic electrical systems, including fault-finding, rewiring, testing, and monitoring.
- Identify electrical problems and repair them, escalating issues as required.
- Ensure good quality workmanship that upholds Company standards, complies with building codes, and follows safety standards.
- City & Guilds 2360 and 2382 qualifications or equivalent electrical qualifications (ECS Gold Card).
- City and Guilds Inspection and Testing Certificate (2391).
- Previous experience as an Electrician or Electrical Improver.
- Knowledge of Policies, Processes, and Procedures, including Safety.
- Company Van.
- Company mobile phone and relevant IT equipment (depending on role).
- 28 days (including bank holidays) with an additional one day added per every 2 years' service (up to 25 days).
