Job Summary

We're seeking a caring and reliable Care Assistant to join our team. As a Care Assistant, you'll work closely with our clients to provide personalized support and care, helping them to live safely and independently in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and managing incontinence
  • Assist with practical tasks such as shopping, mealtimes, and housework
  • Help clients with their medication and provide emotional support
  • Work collaboratively with our team to develop and implement individual care plans

Requirements

We're looking for someone who is compassionate, patient, and able to work independently. You'll need to be willing to learn new skills and develop your knowledge as part of a close-knit team. No prior social care experience is necessary, as we provide comprehensive training and support.
