Job Summary

We're seeking a Care Support Worker to join our team. As a Care Support Worker, you'll be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes. This will involve assisting with personal care, managing medication, and supporting clients with daily living tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and using the toilet
  • Manage medication and ensure clients take their medication as prescribed
  • Support clients with daily living tasks, such as shopping and meal preparation
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to clients
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure clients receive comprehensive care

Requirements

  • No prior experience in social care is necessary, as we provide comprehensive training and support
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends
