We are seeking a skilled and experienced Vehicle Technician to join our team at Steven Eagell Toyota. As a Vehicle Technician, you will be responsible for carrying out vehicle services and repairs, examining vehicles, diagnosing non-routine defects, and reporting defects against Department of Environment (MOT) and Vehicle Safety Report (VSR) standards.
About the Role:- Carry out vehicle services and repairs in accordance with Lexus technical standards
- Examine vehicles, diagnose non-routine defects, and report defects against Department of Environment (MOT) and Vehicle Safety Report (VSR) standards
- Work in accordance with key Lexus or Centre processes
- Liaise with customers directly where relevant and appropriate
- Coach and support apprentice technicians
- Qualified Level 2/3 Vehicle Technician or Diagnostic Technician
- Previous work experience within an automotive repair environment is necessary
- Must hold a Full UK Drivers Licence
- Technical aptitude, process-driven, and a fast learner
- Organised in the workplace
- Confident communicator and ready to ask questions and learn
