Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Support Officer to join our innovative regional team. The successful candidate will provide administrative and coordination support to deliver region-wide programs of work, enhancing the experience of neonatal staff and families using neonatal services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the ODN team, including coordination of meetings, events, and workshops.
  • Support the development of a regional neonatal nursing Qualified In Specialty program, ensuring it meets new national standards and the varying needs of neonatal services in the region.
  • Assist with written reports, social media content, and other communication materials to support project and program activities.
  • Build relationships and work collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders to ensure strong communication and mutual understanding.
