The Working Environment

You will join a recently created Tractebel entity with ambitious goals and exceptional projects. Our mission is to promote Tractebel as a key player in the UK nuclear business.

Your Role

As a Project Support Officer - Quality Manager, you will be part of a dynamic and collaborative team environment. You will work closely with project managers, team members, and stakeholders across Tractebel Nuclear.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the implementation of the Integrated Management System (IMS) to UK projects and operations.
  • Prepare, coordinate, and monitor planning, scope, deliverables, project interfaces, risks, and budget aspects of projects.
  • Provide support to project managers and team members in using project management tools.
  • Implement and maintain project Electronic Document Management tools.
  • Assist in planning and implementing projects, ensuring quality standards are met.
  • Develop and implement quality management strategies and plans.
  • Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Coordinate quality control activities with partners and clients.
  • Ensure follow-up of non-conformities and application of corrective actions.
  • Provide technical and managerial support to the project team.
  • Liaise with clients and stakeholders to understand their quality expectations.
  • Prepare and present quality reports and performance metrics.
Your Profile

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 3 years of proven experience in project support and quality management.
  • Skills:
    • Strong knowledge of quality assurance methodologies and tools.
    • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
