About the Role
This is a leadership position that requires a strong and motivated individual to lead a team of retail associates in a fast-paced store environment. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for supporting the store manager in achieving sales goals, maintaining a high level of customer service, and ensuring that the store is always well-organized and visually appealing.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a team of retail associates to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service
- Assist the store manager in maintaining a high level of store appearance and organization
- Support the store manager in achieving sales goals and implementing visual merchandising displays
- Provide coaching and feedback to team members to improve their performance
- Assist with inventory management and stockroom organization
About You
We are looking for a strong and motivated individual who is passionate about retail and customer service. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of associates and providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.
