We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Cleaning Operative to join our team at The Podium/Bath. As a Cleaning Operative, you will be responsible for ensuring that all cleaning duties are carried out to the highest standards, meeting the expectations of our clients.

Main Responsibilities
  • To ensure that all cleaning duties are carried out in accordance with BICSc standards.
  • To interact effectively with the public and provide assistance when necessary.
  • To carry out cleaning duties as directed by the team leader and suggest improvements to working practices.
  • To work in a proactive manner supporting and assisting colleagues.
Requirements
  • Good communication skills and customer care skills.
  • Smart clean appearance and a commitment to quality.
  • Desirable: driving licence and experience using ride on machines.
