Job Title: Traffic Management Operative

We are seeking a skilled Traffic Management Operative to join our team at Resourcing Group. As a Traffic Management Operative, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and functionality of our highways and roadways.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install, maintain, and remove temporary traffic management on roads in/around the community
  • Distribute cones, signs, frames, and sandbags where needed
  • Participate in planned and emergency road closures
  • Carry out supervision and control of contractors working on the network

As a Traffic Management Operative, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in a dynamic and challenging environment. You will work closely with our team to ensure that our highways and roadways are safe and functional.

We are looking for a candidate who has experience in either highway maintenance or traffic management, and who is able to demonstrate a proactive approach to maintaining and improving road conditions. Relevant qualifications such as NRSWA Operatives Units 1 - 9, NHSS 12AB or NHSS 12D or TTMBC are desirable.
