Key Responsibilities- Respond to product enquiries from customers and external sales teams, providing expert advice and guidance on product requirements.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Collaborate with the CAD team to ensure accurate and efficient design and detailing services.
- Provide estimating services to facilitate customer quotation requirements, ensuring that all estimates are accurate, complete, and meet customer expectations.
- Proven experience in estimating and customer service, with a strong understanding of construction and building processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and external stakeholders.
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Excel and other relevant software.
- Ability to interpret and apply technical information, including CAD drawings and product specifications.
