We are seeking a charismatic and experienced pub operator to take the reins of The Signalman, a vibrant community pub in Stoke-on-Trent.

Pub Overview

The Signalman is a popular drink-only pub in Longton, Stoke-on-Trent, offering a unique and welcoming atmosphere. With a strong focus on community, we're looking for a leader who can build on our existing customer base and create a thriving social hub.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a compelling value proposition to drive sales and customer loyalty
  • Build strong relationships with regular customers and create a sense of community
  • Host live music, quiz nights, and sports events to create a lively atmosphere
  • Manage the pub's online presence and drive sales through e-commerce platforms
  • Work closely with the Punch Pubs Careers team to achieve business objectives
