Accommodation Details

This opportunity includes private living quarters featuring three bedrooms, a kitchen, and a lounge area.

We value collaboration with experienced operators and offer flexible agreements tailored to your vision and business model.

Our Flexible Tenancy agreement provides a secure approach to managing your own pub business for a term of up to five years, with adaptable notice periods. We also offer various deposit options starting from £1,000, along with flexible pricing and release fees.
