Care Assistant

Are you passionate about making a difference in people's lives?
We are seeking dedicated Care Assistants to join our supportive community service team. In this role, you will provide essential assistance to individuals with mild learning disabilities, enabling them to live independently and enjoy fulfilling lives.
Your Responsibilities:
- Deliver personal care and support tailored to each individual's needs.
- Administer medication and assist with daily living skills.
- Engage clients in various activities that align with their interests, such as arts, music, and outdoor excursions.
- Work collaboratively with a team to foster a positive environment for both clients and staff.
Requirements:
- Driving license is essential due to the service location.
- Availability for various shifts, including weekends and sleep-in duties.
Training and Development:
No prior experience in care is necessary, as we offer comprehensive training programs. You will work towards the Care Certificate and gain knowledge in areas such as learning disability awareness, autism awareness, and mental health awareness.
