Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Meeting and Events Coordinator to join our team. Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and execute events, conferences, and banquets, including venue selection, catering, and audio-visual equipment

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in event planning, coordination, or a related field
  • Proven track record of delivering successful events, conferences, and banquets
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong attention to detail, with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction
  • Proficiency in event planning software, such as Eventbrite or Cvent
