Senior Engagement Coordinator

We are seeking a compassionate and organized Senior Engagement Coordinator to enrich the lives of seniors in our care. As a key member of our team, you will plan, coordinate, and execute engaging activities tailored to the interests and needs of our residents.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide a welcoming environment to encourage attendance and participation in planned events.
- Engage with our activities platform to inspire new ideas and projects.
- Support and train Lifestyles and Well-being Assistants as their line manager.
- Ensure a variety of activities are available in communal areas for care colleagues to use.
- Liaise with colleagues to support residents in getting the most out of their chosen activities.
- Record daily participation and outcomes in electronic care notes.
- Offer one-to-one engagement for residents unable or unwilling to join group events.
- Seek and record feedback from residents and relatives to inform event planning.
- Encourage residents to use outdoor spaces and prepare rooms for successful events.
- Support family visits and resident trips as required.
- Maintain confidentiality and attend relevant staff meetings and training.
