About the Role

We are seeking a Casual Lifeguard to join our team at Active Life. As a Casual Lifeguard, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and enjoyment of our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all customers.
  • Perform pool testing and other duties as required.
  • Engage with customers, encourage repeat bookings, and deliver a high level of customer service.
  • Work flexibly to meet the needs of our customers and business.
Requirements
  • A UK recognised pool lifeguard qualification.
  • Understanding of relevant health and safety legislation and the ability to exercise these in the workplace.
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to appropriately correct behaviour of pool users.
  • High standard of physical fitness.
  • Ability to deliver first-class customer service to a diverse client base.
