Casual Lifeguard Opportunity

Fusion Lifestyle is seeking a Casual Lifeguard to join our team at Active Life. As a Casual Lifeguard, you will be responsible for ensuring a safe and enjoyable customer experience for all users of the Centre's facilities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing a high level of customer service to a diverse client base
  • Ensuring the safety of pool users by maintaining a vigilant watch and responding to emergencies
  • Conducting pool testing according to procedures
  • Participating in cleaning and maintenance tasks as required
  • Engaging with members of the public to encourage repeat bookings and provide excellent customer service

To be successful in this role, you will need to be a strong swimmer with excellent customer service skills. You should also have a UK recognised pool lifeguard qualification and a good understanding of relevant health and safety legislation.

This is a casual, zero-hour contract, and your hours of work will vary according to the needs of the business. You'll be required to work any of a number of shift patterns, which could include weekends, early mornings / later evenings and bank holidays.
