Recruit4Staff is proud to represent a leading construction and civil engineering company in their search for a dedicated Health and Safety Advisor to join their team in a Head Office setting.

About the Role:

  • As a Health and Safety Advisor, you will work closely with project teams to ensure the highest standards of health and safety are met on project sites.
  • You will provide expert guidance, support, and assurance to project teams, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and industry best practices.
  • Assist in the development, implementation, and monitoring of the company's Safety, Health, and Environmental Management system, staying up-to-date with changes in legislation and industry standards.
  • Contribute to the creation of engaging health and safety training programs and awareness initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the company's Construction Behavioral Based Safety program team to implement and monitor the program's effectiveness.
  • Adhere to the Institute of Occupational Safety and Health (IOSH) charter, bylaws, and regulations.

What We're Looking For:

  • A highly motivated and experienced Health and Safety Advisor with a strong background in occupational health and safety.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.

  • A competitive salary range of £50,000 - £55,000 per annum, negotiable based on experience and qualifications.
