RWE is seeking a skilled and experienced Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) professional to join their team. As an HSE Advisor, you will provide expert guidance and advice to the JUV & MCC Team and its line management on all health, safety, and environmental issues.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and implement high standards of proactive and continual improvement 'We Care' ethos, including initiatives in behavioural safety, wellbeing, and sustainability.
- Engage and develop relationships with teams to eliminate and reduce risks, develop HSE culture for the JUV & MCC Team, and ensure adherence to HSE standards and rules.
- Produce, review, and update health, safety, and environment-related documentation required by the allocated JUV & MCC Team.
- Contribute towards and deliver on annual key performance indicators, annual We Care goals, and targets for the JUV & MCC Team and wider business.
Your Profile
- Hold a NEBOSH Certificate, ideally working towards a NEBOSH Diploma.
- Hold an IEMA Foundation Certificate in Environmental Management.
- Ideally hold an audit qualification such as ISO 45001/14001 internal auditor.
- Experience in developing, implementing, and maintaining a certifiable HSE Management System.
- Ability to build effective working relationships with stakeholders at all levels through verbal and written communication, including advanced listening skills.
- Experience as an HSE professional.
- Experience in behavioural safety techniques and delivering behavioural safety training would be desirable.
- Awareness of country-specific (DK/GER/SWE/UK) construction Design and Management regulations.
- Good health, with general all-round fitness to work in an offshore environment is a requirement for the role.
- Expertise in offshore lifting, handling, and load-out of heavy components and tools.
- Experience in managing JUV campaigns.
