General Manager at Wingstop UK - Regional Locations

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to join our team at Wingstop UK - Regional Locations. As a General Manager, you will be responsible for leading our restaurant team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a high-performing restaurant team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction targets.
  • Develop and implement effective operational strategies to drive business growth and improve profitability.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and maintain high standards of food quality and safety.
  • Manage restaurant maintenance and upkeep to ensure a clean and welcoming environment for customers.
  • Recruit, train, and develop a talented team of restaurant staff to achieve business objectives.
  • Monitor and control costs to achieve budget targets and maintain profitability.
  • Collaborate with the regional management team to share best practices and drive business growth.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 12 months of management experience in a QSR or similar background.
  • Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Commercial awareness and ability to drive business growth and improve profitability.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.
